All sales on customize items are final. No returns are allowed.

Standard Products:

  • Returns: You may return any non-customized item purchased at Utah Laser Pro within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Customized Products:

  • All Sales Final: All sales of customized items are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • Damages/Errors: If your customized product arrives damaged or there is an error in your order (e.g., incorrect customization details), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the error or replace the damaged item.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy terms.
